It tells me that he’s a weak man who needs powerful women, but when they rise up and dominate him—it’s at that moment that he wishes to shut them down.”

Haben die großen Haushaltsdefizitprogramme eine Ära mit steigenden Renditen eingeleitet? Werden Qualitätswachstumsaktien durch höhere Diskontsätze hinterfragt?

UK/AUSTRIA, May 2, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ — Man kann sagen, dass Covid die Karten neu gemischt hat. Viele sind der Meinung, dass die großen Haushaltsdefizitprogramme, die auf die Pandemie folgten, eine neue Ära eingeleitet haben, in der die Renditen wahrscheinlich höher sein werden. Nach dieser Ansicht werden Anlagen mit langer Laufzeit, wie z. B. Qualitätswachstumsaktien, den Barwert ihrer Cashflows durch einen höheren Diskontsatz in Frage gestellt sehen. In Anbetracht der bedeutenden Veränderungen im Jahr 2020 lohnt es sich sicherlich, unsere These noch einmal zu überprüfen, um zu sehen, wie sie sich verändert hat, wenn überhaupt.

Wachstum nach Covid
Aus der Aufwärtskorrektur der Wachstumserwartungen sowie den absoluten Zahlen wird deutlich, dass der Markt in den kommenden Jahren ein höheres Wirtschaftswachstum erwartet. So hat zum Beispiel Fitch kürzlich seine Prognosen für das US-BIP-Wachstum von 4,5 Prozent auf 5,2 Prozent nach oben korrigiert. Für diese Aufwärtskorrekturen gibt es drei Gründe. Erstens ist da der niedrige Basiseffekt. Der durch die Covid-Beschränkungen verursachte Rückgang des BIP bedeutet, dass das Wachstum nach Aufhebung dieser Beschränkungen wieder stark ansteigen sollte, um das normalisierte Umfeld widerzuspiegeln. Zweitens hat die früher als erwartet erfolgte Einführung des Impfprogramms dazu geführt, dass die Menschen ihre Wachstumserwartungen revidiert haben, um eine frühere Aufhebung der Lock-Down-Maßnahmen zu reflektieren. Drittens wird der beträchtliche Umfang der verschiedenen fiskalischen Konjunkturprogramme die Gesamtnachfrage erhöhen. Diese Verbesserung der Wachstumserwartungen ist nach unserer Meinung der Hauptgrund für die zyklische Rotation, die uns an- und absteigend seit der dreifachen Zulassung von Impfstoffen im November immer wieder begleitet hat.
Während vieles für einen zyklischen Aufschwung spricht, gibt es weniger Argumente für einen anhaltenden und strukturellen Anstieg der Wirtschaftswachstumsraten. Wenn dieser Konsumrausch vorbei ist, muss sich die Wirtschaft wieder auf die Themen Demografie und Produktivität besinnen, die das langfristige Wachstum stützen. Die Demografie ist nach wie vor ein Faktum, und die Produktivität wird weiterhin schwierig zu prognostizieren sein, dürfte sich aber nicht wesentlich verändern. Die umfangreichen fiskalischen Stimulierungsmaßnahmen könnten zu einer Verbesserung der Produktivität beitragen, aber das ist alles andere als sicher. Wir sind nach wie vor der Ansicht, dass das globale Wachstum mittel- bis langfristig gedämpft bleiben wird, und wir erwarten nicht, dass eine anhaltende Belebung des globalen Wachstums die Renditen strukturell nach oben treibt.

Inflation nach Covid
Was in Zukunft mit der Inflation passieren wird, ist der interessantere, aber auch kompliziertere Teil der Gleichung. Wir sind uns des starken deflationären Drucks in der Wirtschaft durchaus bewusst. Dennoch ist es schwer, die vielen Kommentare zu den steigenden Inflationsrisiken zu ignorieren. Es besteht die Befürchtung, dass wir am Beginn einer neuen wirtschaftlichen Ära stehen, einer Ära, in der große Konjunkturprogramme am Ende von den Zentralbanken finanziert werden, die sich verpflichtet haben, die Realzinsen länger niedrig zu halten, selbst wenn die Inflation zu steigen beginnt.

Wenn die Inflation mittel- bis langfristig steigen sollte, wird sie wahrscheinlich nicht dadurch getrieben, dass zu viel Nachfrage nach zu wenigen Gütern besteht. Sollte die Inflation strukturell anziehen, ist dies wahrscheinlich eher eine Folge der anhaltenden monetären Expansion, um die Realzinsen niedrig zu halten und die fortgesetzten Defizitausgaben zu finanzieren.

Post-Covid-Schlussfolgerung
Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass wir zwar kurzfristig ein höheres Wachstum – und möglicherweise auch eine höhere Inflation – sehen werden, mittel- bis langfristig aber weiterhin mit niedrigeren Wachstumsraten rechnen. Die Entscheidung über die Inflation ist viel schwieriger zu treffen, aber wenn die Inflation steigen sollte, glauben wir, dass ihre wahrscheinlichste Ursache die Monetarisierung von Schulden durch die Zentralbanken wäre, die sich verpflichtet haben, die Realzinsen niedrig zu halten. Vor diesem Hintergrund ist die wichtige Frage für uns nicht, wie lange diese aktuelle Rotation andauern wird, da wir sie für eine zyklische Anpassung und nicht für eine strukturelle Veränderung halten. Wichtiger ist für uns die Frage, wie sich Qualitätswachstumsaktien in einem Umfeld mit potenziell niedrigerem Wachstum und höherer Inflation verhalten werden.

Während eine deflationäre Periode mit niedrigem Wachstum ideal für Qualitätswachstumsaktien ist, ist eine inflationäre Periode mit niedrigem Wachstum nicht unbedingt eine schlechte Nachricht. Während ihre Bewertungen durch höhere Diskontsätze negativ beeinflusst werden, werden Qualitätswachstumsunternehmen in der Lage sein, ihre Preissetzungsmacht zu nutzen, um ihr Ertragswachstum zu steigern. Ein niedriger Verschuldungsgrad wird diese Unternehmen vor steigenden Kreditkosten schützen, und ihre kapitalschonenden Geschäftsmodelle sollten eine Aufblähung ihrer Kapitalbasis verhindern. Dies könnte eine Ausweitung der Margen und Kapitalrenditen ermöglichen, die entscheidend sind, um den Wert der Unternehmen vor der ätzenden Inflation zu schützen.

The brief suborbital flight, which lasted approximately 15 minutes and reached a height of 116 miles into the atmosphere, was a milestone achievement. This trailblazing example of heroic bravery and adventurous spirit is this essence of what National Astronaut Day® is all about. The 2021 National Astronaut Day® celebration also features a touching tribute video in honor of Astronaut Alfred “Al” Worden, featuring Astronaut readings of his poem Oceans, from his book of poetry “Hello Earth: Greetings from Endeavour. “
